1. Subject of the Agreement

  • 1.2. The service provider has the right to make changes to the services of tokyohouse.ge at any time.
  • 1.3. The service provider has the right to unilaterally change the terms of use of the agreement and is not obliged to notify the user in advance.

2. The Service Provider is Obliged to:

  • 2.1. Accept the order and fulfill it if there is sufficient stock.
  • 2.2. Deliver the product to the specified address within an average of 0.5-1.5 hours after receiving the order (delivery time may vary depending on traffic or force majeure situations).
  • 2.3. Ensure the protection of the user’s personal data in accordance with the current Privacy Policy.
  • 2.4. In the event that the product is not delivered to the specified address due to “Tokyo House”, refund the paid amount no later than 5 working days.
  • 2.5. Provide the user with a high-quality product prepared in full compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards.

3. The User is Obliged to:

  • 3.1. Provide “Tokyo House” with accurate data (name, surname, address, phone number).
  • 3.2. Receive the order from the courier in a timely manner.
  • 3.3. Make cashless payments using their own bank card.
  • 3.4. Carefully read the ingredients of the food product on the website. In case of severe allergies, verify the product ingredients with the company before placing an order. Full responsibility for this lies with the user.
  • 3.5. To use the service, the user must be of legal age, or use it with the consent of a guardian.

4. Order and Payment Rules

  • 4.1. To use the delivery service, you must specify the exact address that falls within the delivery area of “Tokyo House”.
  • 4.2. The selected product will automatically be added to the cart, which will also reflect the delivery service fee.
  • 4.3. Orders can be placed with or without authorization. It is necessary to verify the accuracy of the contact details.
  • 4.4. In the comment field, you can provide additional details (entrance code, floor, etc.).
  • 4.5. By completing the order, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of use.
  • 4.6. The prices listed on the website include taxes provided by law.
  • 4.7. Refunds are made only in the case of non-delivery of the service. In case of an inaccurate address or cancellation of the order by the user, the amount will not be refunded.

5. Force Majeure

The parties are exempt from liability in the presence of insurmountable force (natural disasters, traffic restrictions, etc.) that prevents the fulfillment of obligations.

6. Final Provisions

  • 6.1. Any material (logo, design, text) placed on the website is the property of “Tokyo House”.

7. Refund Policy

  • 7.1. The product can only be returned if it is found to have a defect directly at the time of receipt.
  • 7.2. Upon discovering a defect, the user is obliged to contact the company no later than 1 hour after receiving the order.
  • 7.3. In the case of a confirmed defect, the amount will be refunded the next working day to the same account.
